The drop in temperatures and the beautiful color in the leaves of the trees are unmistakable signs that we must welcome a new season: autumn. 🍂
But it’s also time to make some changes to our shopping list. We say goodbye to the great variety of fruits that we have been able to enjoy during the summer months, but we have new natural foods. 🌲
The fruits of this month of October are:

It is true that sometimes the fruit does not taste like anything, that is because we have become used to having all of them throughout the year. Thanks to the preservation and packaging techniques we can have almost all the fruits all the time. Nature has its rhythm and we must respect this. 🤖
