Il est inévitable de se tourner vers notre passé, plusieurs fois par jour. C’est tout le chemin qui nous a fait arriver là où nous sommes, pour le meilleur ou pour le pire. 😔
Il est également normal que nous réfléchissions à l’avenir, à la manière de faire évoluer une situation sur laquelle nous n’avons aucun contrôle.👀
Le problème survient lorsque nous nous concentrons trop sur des moments qui n’existent pas. Le passé est passé, et le futur n’est pas encore venu. Nous ne pouvons pas leur permettre de prendre le contrôle de notre vie, ce qui arrive maintenant. 👁
Il y a un dicton qui dit « Hier est l’histoire, demain est un mystère, mais aujourd’hui est un cadeau. C’est pourquoi on l’appelle présent. » 🧾
Faites mourir le passé à chaque instant où vous y pensez. Vous n’en avez pas besoin. N’y référez-vous que lorsqu’il est absolument pertinent pour le présent. Ressentez la puissance de ce moment et la plénitude de l’Être, ressentez votre présence ici et maintenant. Vivre dans le passé fait perdre tout ce qui se passe dans le présent. 😋
On dit que les êtres humains occupent 70% de leur réflexion à penser aux choses du passé, surtout aux mauvaises choses : la rupture avec notre partenaire, nous n’avons pas assez étudié pour un examen, nous avons oublié d’appeler notre frère pour le féliciter pour son anniversaire. .. Le passé, mal géré, est ce qui nous empêche de vivre dans le présent. 😱
Quant à l’avenir, nous ne nous y référons que lorsque nous sommes inquiets pour quelque chose. Ensuite, vous êtes identifié avec votre esprit, qui est projeté dans une imagination de situation future et génère de la peur. Il n’y a aucun moyen de faire face à cette situation, car elle n’existe pas. C’est un fantôme mental.👻
La seule chose à laquelle vous devez faire face, ce que vous devez gérer dans la vraie vie, c’est ce moment.
Vivre dans le présent ne signifie pas seulement arrêter de penser au passé ou au futur. C’est aussi apprendre à tirer le meilleur parti de l’ici et maintenant, en profiter, en être pleinement conscient. 🙋♂️
Se concentrer sur chaque détail, que ce soit la musique que nous écoutons, le goût du thé que nous buvons, sa température, l’arôme de la pièce…
Bref, apprendre à apprécier les situations présentes, impliquer notre corps et notre capacité à percevoir, essayer de voir les bonnes choses qui nous entourent.🪁
Nos pensées essaieront toujours de nous sortir de ce moment du présent, mais si vous le niez à chaque fois, vous passerez plus de temps dans le présent.💪
